About Floodolympics Pest Control and How Referrals Work

Who we are

Floodolympics Pest Control is a referral service. We help homeowners in Brockton, MA and the Brockton area reach independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not do the pest work. The providers in our network do.

Why this site exists

Meeting your first pest problem is stressful. Which spray is safe? Who do you call? What should you write down? This site was built for that moment. It gives plain steps you can take yourself, then points you to a local provider when the job is bigger than a weekend fix.

Our rule of thumb is simple: records first, then call.

What you can do before anyone visits

A little prep makes any visit go smoother.

• Snap photos of the pest, droppings, damage and any gaps you spot.
• Jot down the date, the room and what you noticed.
• Wipe up food crumbs and fix drips.
• Seal small cracks with caulk where it is safe to reach.

Then know when to stop. Do not spray around nests, set poison near pets, or pull apart walls. That is the provider's job.

How providers are matched

You tell us what is going on, by phone or through the request form. We pass those details to a provider in our network who serves your town. Availability depends on the provider, and call hours vary. Request a callback to check who can help and how soon.

The provider then contacts you, asks questions and sets up a visit. You decide what happens next.

What we expect from providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Hold any licenses or permits that state rules require for their work.
• Explain what they found and what they plan to do, in plain words.
• Give a written quote before starting.
• Tell you which products they use and any steps you need to take.
• Treat your home and your questions with respect.

If a provider falls short of that, tell us. We take feedback seriously.

What we do not do

• We do not perform pest control, termite work, bed bug treatment or wildlife removal.
• We do not set provider prices.
• We do not give legal or insurance advice.
• We do not promise a result. Every home and every pest problem is different.

How we are paid

Providers in our network may pay Floodolympics Pest Control a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. We do not charge homeowners a fee to request a connection. You pay the provider directly for the work, at the price in your written quote.
